For information, or to schedule a visit to your school, please call program coordinator Jackie Frisk at 207.942.5555/800.639.3221 or email her at symphony@bangorsymphony.com.
Strings Attached
Throughout the season, the BSO, Bangor School Department and the Bangor Public Library have launched a series of educational "informances" as an offshoot of the BSO's Know Your Orchestra! outreach program. The Strings Attached outreach program showcases the Kruger Brothers, local and regional fiddling ensembles, and BSO musicians to build new audiences for two gneres of music - American folk and classical.
